Pillar's of Light and Love - Julia's Joy
​
Julia's Joy is a teen and tween empowerment program run by the local organization Pillar's or Light and Love. This is a free program that teaches coping skills, self-acceptance, self-love and self-respect to teens and tweens in our communities. The lessons taught and opportunity provided for these kids are invaluable.
Community CPR Training​
​
In 2023 Spreading Hope and Smiles offered its 1st ever community CPR training class. We partnered with the terrific people at Freedom Valley Medical Training Institute to provide CPR/AED training for 60 community members. This empowering training will prepare these individuals to know what to do when their friends or family are in distress.
Maternity Care Coalition​
​
Maternity Care Coalition (MCC) is a fantastic local non-profit that has create a one-of-a-kind resource for mother's and families in the greater Philadelphia area. MCC provides a community to support the many needs of pregnancy, birth and parenting. We partnered with MCC during SIDS Awareness month to bring safe mobile cribs and healthy-sleep education to families in Montgomery County.
Return to Zero - H.O.P.E.

RTZ HOPE provides compassionate and holistic support for people who have experiences unimaginable loss during their journey to parenthood. Spreading Hope and Smiles partnered to RTZ to put on an online workshop to teach skills and awareness for people to support their loved ones who have experienced infant/pregnancy loss. It is often difficult to understand what to say or how to say things to support people you love who are experiencing traumatic loss. These skills are invaluable.
